摘　　要： 新能源是解决目前人类可持续发展问题的必然选择。发展新能源成为世界各国的共识,也是未来"低碳经济"时代增强国际竞争力的有力武器。中国的新能源发展面临缺乏规划、技术创新不足、应用障碍多、发展不均衡等诸多问题,为此应出台国家新能源规划,进一步加强引导、加大技术创新投资力度、提高实用性,注重合理均衡发展,从而在未来的国际竞争中立于不败之地。 New energy resources is an inevitable choice for resolving the problem of human＇s sustainable development.Developing new energy is consensus in the world,and also the useful weapon of international competition in the age of ＂Low Carbon Economy＂.New energy development in China is facing with many prolems,such as lack of planning,insufficient technological innovation many obstacles and imbalanced development and so on.We should develop new energy resources plan,so as to strengthen the guide,enlarge the investment on technology innovation,improve the practical and hold discourse right in future international competition.
