摘　　要： 历史街区作为城市的物质与文化遗留,存在积极与消极的影响。提出"混合使用"是历史街区柔性复兴的有效途径,并结合较为典型的广州市华侨新村案例进行分析与研究,通过对其自主型的混合使用柔性复兴现状、动力、局限性与仍未解决的问题以及混合使用柔性复兴的策略思考的分析,认为"自下而上"与"自上而下"并行的柔性复兴更为有效,应指导其向多功能合理配置发展,同时在案例的分析过程中,试图得出对其复兴具有借鉴意义的结论。 As the substance and culture heritage of a city,the historic quarters have the active and negative influence on city construction.Through the study on the revitalization of historic quarters,the soft revitalization,taking the ＂mixed uses＂ method as the necessary artifice,is presented.By making researches on the status,problems and strategies of Guangzhou Overseas Chinese Village,it is believed that the combination of ＂bottom-up＂ and ＂top-down＂ methods is more effective.
