摘　　要： 20世纪90年代以来,以国际外包为内容的国际产业转移方式开始兴起,国际外包这种新型的分工手段在国内外研究领域备受关注。文章通过对国内外学者关于国际外包对技术创新影响的研究进行梳理,将其归纳为国际外包将促进技术创新和阻碍技术创新两种主要观点,并对未来研究方向作出了展望。 Since 1990s, industrial transfer centering on international outsourcing has risen in the world. The issue is paid close attention in research field. This paper reviews relevant researches on effects of international outsourcing on technical innovation and introduces two viewpoints： international outsourcing will promote technical innovation and international outsourcing will hinder technical innovation. Finally, it looks forward to the research directions in the future.
