摘　　要： 在０．１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ盐酸介质中，对硝基酚，对氨基酚和对乙酰氨基酚三者在紫外区的吸收光谱相互严重干扰。本文首次采用岭回归法不经分离直接测定了扑热息痛合成产物中上述三种酚的含量。文中详细介绍了该法的基本原理和具体分析步骤，实验结果表明：该法对样品中各组分的平均回收率在１００．１％—１０６．７％之间，本法简便、快速、准确。 In the medium of 0.1mol/L HCl,in ultraviolet region the absorption band of three components p acetaminophenol, p nitrophenol and p aminophenol interfere with each other seriously.In this paper the contents of three phenols above may be without separation immediately determined by ridge regression spectrophotometry first.The basic principle and analytical step of the method was described in detail.The experimental results show that the average recoveries of each component range from 100.1% to 106.7%—satisfactory results.As compared with the conventional methods,this approach is simple and rapid.The approach has been used to the analysis of three components in the course of synthetic p acetaminophenol.
