摘　　要： 对图书馆的汇编业务进行多角度的分析,认为图书馆的汇编作品都应得到版权保护,汇编过程会遇到各种知识产权风险,如伪文献编目的侵权风险、编目数据使用不当的侵权风险、二次文献编撰的侵权风险、编译文献的侵权风险等。 Multidimensional analysis the compilation in library,consider that collective work should gain the copyright protection,compilation process will encounter a variety of intellectual property risks,such as,the risk of infringement in pseudo-documents cataloging,the risk of improper use of the bibliographic data,the infringement in the process of compiling the secondary literature,the risk in the translation and compilation.
