摘　　要： GPRS数据通信在低压配电网数据采集及监测系统中发展迅速,但下行通信的局限性制约了其在远程控制中的应用。根据低压配电设备监控需求,提出了基于GPRS的混合组网结构,利用SMS短信、GSM拨号及APN连接方式综合处理,克服单纯IP网络在下行寻址方面的障碍。分析并讨论了GPRS混合通信网络的通信过程、提出下行通信规约设计方案,阐述了提高通信可靠性的措施。 The supervisory and control for low voltage distribution system is always a problem in the power system operation.The development of GPRS wireless communication offers the opportunity to solve it,but the limitation of its down communication constrains the application in the remote control.This paper presents a reliable communication topology based on GPRS network with the integration of the SMS,GSM dialing service and APN connection,which can overcome the obstacles in the down commution addressing.The procedure of communication based on the given hybrid GPRS network is given.In order to improve the reliability of the communication,the selection of IP protocol and design of the down commucation protocol of romote control data are also discussed.
