摘　　要： 随着生活水平的提高,人们越来越重视生活环境,农村居民点整理是节约集约利用土地、优化空间布局和改善农村生产、生活条件的重要措施,大都市区农村居民点的整理是建设"宜居城市"的重要途径之一。综合北京市自然、社会、经济和土地利用规划等因素,围绕中心城区构建了城乡交错区、远郊平原区和生态山区3个农村居民点整理分区,并根据区位条件,确定了它们的功能定位,提出分区、分模式的整理方案,该方案对于加快北京城乡一体化进程,推动城乡统筹发展具有重要的现实意义。 At present, the rural areas consolidation has become a hot topic in the area of land management. As the living standards of the people rising, people have paid more attention to good ecological environment and landscape as well. Rural residential consolidation is an effective measure for land utilization structure optimization and land intensive use. It is also a good way for improving the working conditions and making the people＇ s life bet- ter. It is an important part of the new eountryside construction in China to proceed with land consolidation for rural residential construction in fringe areas of metropolis. By integrating environmental, social economic and land use factors, three reorganize zones are planned radiating outward from the city center, which have their own main ar- rangement mode： urban-rural crisscross area; suburban plain area; mountainous regions. The pattern and scheme of land consolidation of rural residential area in Beijing are proposed by region and by standard plot. Combine with the urban planning and regions practice the models of rural residential consolidation are designed, which are orien- ted with the landscape beautification, environment protection and ecological service. It is also a good way of prompting urban-rural integration developing in Beijing.
