摘　　要： 目前我国体育经济的法律法规众多,但还不完备。体育经济立法的价值取向除体现立法中一般的公平、秩序、民主、自由等观念外,还应体现效益第一的理念、以人为本的理念、市场化的理念。体育经济立法的价值冲突主要体现在体育经济发展与稳定体育秩序、体育经济效益与体育公平竞争以及"人的体育经济"与"体育经济的人"的价值取向冲突。解决以上冲突要贯彻均衡原则和优化原则,并从立法内部和立法外部两个方面构建整合机制。 At present,although there are a plenty of laws and regulations on sports economy,it is not complete.Besides fairness,order,democracy and freedom,the value orientation of economic legislation should embody three ideas：effectiveness,people-oriented and market-oriented.The conflict of value on economic legislation is mainly reflected between development of sports economy and stability of sports order,between economic effectiveness for sports and fair competition for sports,between the ＂sports economy for people＂ and the ＂people for sports economy＂.To solve those problems above,we should carry out the principles of optimization and equilibrium,building the mechanism of integration in internal legislation and external legislation.
