摘 要: 采用有限元方法对大口径直缝埋弧焊管JCO弯曲成形过程进行数值模拟,根据ABAQUS有限元软件计算结果,分析不同上模曲率半径所对应的应力应变场分布特点,讨论目标弯曲角、加载弯曲角与凸模曲率半径之间的关系,给出了力与位移的关系曲线,以及不同凸模半径下管坯成形力与目标弯曲角关系曲线,为实际生产合理选择模具提供参考。 Finite element analysis method is used to simulate JCO forming process numerically.Different stress and strain distribution for various punch radiuses are analyzed and the relation between the objective bending angle,bending angle on load and punch radius is discussed according to the computing result by finite element software ABAQUS.Relations curves of force versus displacement are given as well as the bending force curve for different punch radius to get the same target bending angle,which provides reference for a reasonable choice for the die in the factory.
