摘 要: 天津滨海新区作为带动区域经济发展新的经济增长极,未来经济的快速增长和经济规模的日益增大,势必会给区域生态环境带来一定的压力。从维持区域生态经济大系统均衡和功能的视角,应用减物质化理论,运用OECD(2002)和Tapio(2005)脱钩测度指标,从污染物排放、能源消耗、CO2排放等方面,测度和分析滨海新区经济发展与生态环境间的互动作用,识别经济发展的资源环境约束效应和耦合规律,并在此基础上构建适合滨海新区实际的减物质化发展模式,并为滨海新区可持续发展提供有益参考。 As one of China's new economic growth poles, Tianjin Binhai New Area, is a motive power of the development of regional economies. The faster its economy develops and the larger its economic scale increases in future, the increasing pressure will be in- evitably exerted on regional ecological environment. From the academic perspective of maintaining the equilibrium and function of the eco-economic system, applying methods such as dematerialization, OECD (2002) decoupling Index and Tapio (2005) decoupling In- dex, this paper explores the interaction effect between economic growth and eco-environment of Tianjin Binhai New Area through pollution, energy consumption, CO2 emission, by which the limitation and influence from resources and environment to the economic development could be recognized and therefore the relevant suggestions would be put forward for the regional sustainable development in Binhai New Area.
