摘 要: 利用心理契约量表对制造业企业员工进行了调查,以反映长期以来被忽视的这类企业的员工心理契约状况。研究表明:企业规模越大,员工心理契约质量越差;不同人口统计特征员工的心理契约状况差异显著;组织对员工的责任促进了员工对组织的责任。 Employees in the manufacturing enterprises are investigated with psychological contract scale to reflect the state of their psychological contract.The result shows that the quality of psychological contract declines as the enterprises became bigger;employees with different demographics have different psychological contract;the organizational obligation to employees has positive relationship with the employees' obligation to organizations.
