摘　　要： 以全球价值链理论为指导,分析顺德产业的现状特征,指出顺德产业在全球价值链中普遍处于附加值低的环节,规模小、专业化程度低、研发创新能力不足、缺乏自主品牌等制约了顺德产业的升级。为占据全球价值链的高端,顺德产业升级必须坚持"优二进三"战略,坚持"增量调优、存量调强"以及"增量"与"存量"相结合的三条路径来促进产业向高端化升级,同时实施技术化和服务化战略,加大顺德产业的整合以及技术创新和品牌建设力度,加快第三产业尤其是生产性服务业的发展,以实现顺德产业的快速升级转型和可持续发展。 Rising cost of production, global financial crisis,appreciation of RMB,etc. are profoundly altering external development environment of manufacturing industry of China, so industry of Shunde District is facing great pressure of transformation and upgrade. Based on the background of the economic integration in the PRD, the integration between Guangzhou and Foshan, the cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, with the global value chain theory as the guide, this paper analyses the present development situation of the industries in Shunde District, Foshan City, and points out that Shunde industry is generally low added value in the global value chain, with small scale, low degree of specialization, insufficient innovation ability, lack of independent brands and less development of the Tertiary Industry, which restrict industry upgrading of Shunde. But it also shows a fast development trend of new and high-end industries. In order to occupy high-end of the global value chain, the authors put forward that： （1） Shunde industry should follow the guide of ＂optimize the Secondary Industry to promote the Tertiary Industry＂, ＂optimize the increment and strengthen the stock＂ and ＂combine the increment with the stock＂, which are the three approaches to promote industrial upgrading. （2） In order to realize the rapid upgrading and sustainable development of Shunde industry, it should implement technicalization strategy and the servicesation strategy as a new upgrading path, and strengthen the industrial integration, the technology innovation and brand construction, and speed up the development of the tertiary industry, especially productive service industry.
