摘　　要： 从经济学角度分析公车使用成本居高不下的根本原因在于其公共物品的性质及使用信息的不对称,并针对管理制度中存在的弊端相应提出以公开公车使用信息为核心的公车管理改革的政策建议。 The root cause that the expenditure of state-financed vehicles stays high is the asymmetry of the characteristics of public property and the using information. On the basis of analyzing the malpractices of the administrative system, this paper presents some suggestions on the reform policy with the core of making the using information public.
