摘 要: 通过氯硅烷水解共缩聚合成了无溶剂有机硅浸渍树脂,用FT-IR和GC-MS对其性能进行表征,证明合成了含Si-CH=CH2结构的甲基苯基有机硅树脂,并与含Si-H聚甲基苯基硅氧烷进行加成配比分析,配制性能优良的有机硅浸渍漆。结果表明:含Si-CH=CH2和Si-H基团的聚甲基苯基硅氧烷以质量比为2.2∶1配制时,浸渍漆具有良好的耐热性、交联度以及硬度。 A kind of solvent-free silicone impregnating resin was synthesized by hydrolytic copolycondensation of chlorosilane and then characterized by FT-IR and GC-MS.The impregnating varnish was prepared,and the result shows that the best performance in high temperature resistance,crosslinking degree and hardness is obtained when the ratio of Si-CH=CH2 and Si-H is 2.2 to 1.
