摘 要: 运用统计学方法,对广州市研究生就业现状的有关调查数据进行整理分析,结果表明:广州市研究生就业具有流向集中与失衡、对现职满意度不高以及普遍存在就业压力过大等问题,其主导原因包括研究生个体、学校与社会等多方面。针对这些问题,提出了相应的对策与建议:加强研究生的思想教育工作;做好研究生就业指导相应的配套工作;建立就业信息网,大力拓展就业新途径;加强宏观调控,解决研究生就业市场的区域供求失衡问题,积极改变沿海城市的人才"高消费"问题;实行以市场为导向的人才培养工程。 By means of statistics method this paper analyzes the survey data on employment of graduates in Guangzhou. The results reveal some major problems among graduates in their employment. These include the imbalance in choices of job, too much dissatisfaction with job offers and too much pressure from employment. The causes of the problems are varied, graduates themselves, the school and the society all share responsibilities. This paper proposes some countermeasures and suggestions, for example, to establish a info-network for employment and to increase more jobs.
