摘 要: 神头一电厂4台捷制650 t/h亚临界直流锅炉,投产后侧包墙过热器多次发生大面积超温爆破事故。试验研究说明频繁超温爆管的主要原因是过热器同屏各管中流量分配与热负荷分配不匹配,受热强的管子流量小,为了提高锅炉运行的可靠性,对过热器管内进行了加装节流圈改造,经过多年的运行考验,再未发生过热器爆管事故。 Four Czech-made sub-critical boiler of Shentou power plant whose steam flow rate is 650t/h had put into production.Then a large area over-temperature blasting accident happened repeatedly in rear-wall superheater.It was shows experimental in that frequent overtemperature tube burst of superheater tubes is mainly due to the flow rate and heat load distribution does not match in the same Platen Pipes,the low flow rate of tubes with strong heating.In order to improve the reliability of boiler operation,throttle ring were installed in the superheater tubes.After years the plant runs without any incident of superheater tube.
