摘　　要： 通过建立实习前岗前培训制度,以多种形式、从多个角度介绍检验科实习相关内容,使学生经过岗前培训后,尽快实现角色转变,调动其学习积极性和主动性,从而为提高检验专业实习生的实习质量打下坚实的基础。 Through the establishment of pre-post training system,the related knowledge of clinical laboratory internship is introduced in various forms and from different angles to enable undergraduates of laboratory medicine to transform their role as soon as possible and inspire their interest in learning after training.Accordingly,it will lay a solid foundation for improving the quality of internship.
