摘　　要： 大学生党员已经成为高校不可忽视的生力军。然而,高校大学生党员后续教育管理出现了种种问题。如不加强管理,不仅严重影响党员的自身形象,关系到党在普通学生心目中的威信,而且影响高等教育培养人才的质量,甚至会危及党的教育事业。通过建立制度机制,监督、考核、激励机制和学习机制,形成大学生党员后续教育管理的长效机制,使大学生入党后能获得更好的后续教育管理,让大学生党员不偏不倚地在党的旗帜下前进。 College student party members have become a force in the universities and can not be ignored.While some members have various problems.They will affect the party＇s self-image and the party＇s credibility in the eyes of ordinary students seriously.And the problems also affect the quality of higher education and even the Party＇s education if we can solve them.So we should establish the institutional mechanisms,monitoring mechanism,assessment mechanism,incentives mechanism and learning mechanism,to form a long-term continuing education mechanism so that our party members can go forward under the banner of the party.
