摘　　要： 大陆正逐步取代台湾成为全球IT产品的制造基地。台湾IT产业在近三十年来向大陆东莞和苏州投资和转移,为大陆IT生产能力的建立和本地企业的学习提供了学习基础。文章立足于这一背景,研究了台湾IT产业近三十年来向大陆转移的背景、过程、投资的演变以及对在珠三角和长三角的投资策略作了比较,对未来投资趋向作了展望。 The Mainland is taking the substitution of Taiwan as the manufacturing base of IT products. The investment and transfer of IT industry from Taiwan to Dongguang and Suzhou of the Mainland for nearly 30 years do great help to the development of the IT industry in the Mainland. The paper has a detailed study on the background, the process and the investment evolvement from Taiwan to the Mainland for 30 years, and it also has a comparison of the investment strategies between the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtse Delta, and has a further prediction to the investment trend of the future .
