摘 要: 通过盆栽土壤基质填充废胶粒,研究草坪植物高羊茅对NaCl胁迫的生理响应。结果表明,填充胶粒能在一定程度上提高植物的地下生物量和叶绿素含量;当NaCl浓度超过0.4%时,与对照相比胶粒处理地上生物量、地下生物量有所增加。草坪基质中填充胶粒对过氧化物酶(POD)活性没有显著影响,但NaCl浓度高于0.4%时,胶粒处理POD均高于对照;在所设的NaCl浓度范围内,胶粒的加入明显增加了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,尤其在0.2%NaCl浓度下SOD活性比对照提高了161.66%。另外,胶粒能显著缓解NaCl胁迫导致的高羊茅叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量和相对电导率的增加,对脯氨酸含量的影响不大。在草坪基质中填充废胶粒,可以减轻盐胁迫对高羊茅的伤害,提高高羊茅的抗盐性。 A pot experiment was performed to investigate physiological responses of Festuca arundinacea L.on turf medium mixed with waste crumb rubber to NaCl stress.The results showed that addition of waste crumb rubber into turf medium increased underground biomass and chlorophyll content of F.arundinacea.The aboveground and underground biomass of F.arundinacea was increased by waste crumb rubber when NaCl concentration was higher than 0.4%.No significant differences in peroxidase(POD) were found by addition of waste crumb rubber into turf medium.When NaCl concentration was more than 0.4%,POD activity in crumb rubber treatments was higher than that of controls.However,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity was significantly increased at all NaCl concentrations with addition of crumb rubber into turf medium.Especially at 0.2% NaCl concentration,SOD activity was increased by 161.66% compared with control.In addition,treatments with crumb rubber resulted in the marked alleviation in the increases of the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and relative electrical conductance in leaves under NaCl stress compared with control.Proline content wasn't affected by crumb rubber obviously.The result suggested that turf medium mixed with crumb rubber may alleviate the damage caused by salt in F.arundinacea,thus improved the resistance of F.arundinacea to salt stress.
