摘　　要： 本文分别从外汇管制的产生和演变、外汇管制的内容和作用,以及对外汇管制的评价、外汇管制与内外均衡的关系,和关于外汇管制的最新研究进展等方面,对外汇管制理论进行了初步的探索,以期为进一步的研究打下重要的理论基础。 In this paper,from the generation and evolution of foreign exchange controls,the content and function of foreign exchange controls,as well as the evaluation of foreign exchange controls,the relationship between internal and external balance,and foreign exchange control,and the latest research progress,the paper carried out a preliminary exploration in such areas with a view to further research and lay an important theoretical basis.
