摘 要: 用水热法在不同反应条件下制备了纳米球形ZnS粉体.通过XRD,TEM表征了ZnS纳米粉体的物相结构和表面形貌.对不同反应条件下制备的样品,通过测量样品的紫外可见吸收光谱,用最小二乘法,计算了不同反应时间下制备的纳米晶ZnS的禁带宽度,并研究了其光学特性. Zinc sulphide spheres-like nanoparticles had been synthesized via the hydrothermal route under the different conditions. The particles were characterized by X-ray Diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), and UV-VIS measured was used to study the sample's optical properties. Band gap of ZnS was calculated by the least-square method fitting, and its optical properties was discussed.
