摘　　要： "Long Stay"与分时度假是休闲旅游的两种特殊形式,"Long Stay"刚进入国人视野,前景看好,而分时度假在国内的发展陷入困境。通过对比两者的主体、客体以及在我国发展的适应性,发现两者具备一定的互补优势,协同发展可以实现产品价值最大化和企业利润最大化。 Long Stay and Timeshare are two kinds of leisure tourism. Long Stay is completely new and hopeful to China. On the other hand,Timeshare is in difficult conditions. After comparing some character of them,it＇s found that cooperating with each other would strengthen both of them,and make their profit as much as possible.
