摘 要: 为了研究高、低温两种渗铝工艺对激光冲击强化效果的影响,对1Cr11Ni2W2MoV和K417两种材料制成的试片分4种状态(表面抛光、渗铝、渗铝+激光冲击强化、激光冲击强化+渗铝)分别进行了振动疲劳对比试验,得到了"渗铝"、"渗铝+激光冲击强化"和"激光冲击强化+渗铝"等三种工艺对材料抗疲劳性能的影响,初步分析了相关机理。结果表明"激光冲击强化+渗铝"工艺在工程应用中具有可行性和优越性。 In order to investigate the influence of high ( or low) temperature alumetizing on laser shock peening (LSP) , vibration fatigue tests were performed on I Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel and K417 alloy specimens surface-treated by different processes (surface polishing, alumetizing, alumetizing + LSP and LSP + alumetizing) respectively. The mechanisms of surface treatments on fatigue property of the alloys were discussed. The results show that the alloys treated with LSP + alumetizing exhibit best fatigue property for the four surface treatment processes and thus the process of LSP + alumetizing is recommended to engineering application.
