摘 要: 以纳米白榴石为弥散颗粒,对低温牙科烤瓷材料进行了增强、增韧。运用XRD,SEM对白榴石在烤瓷材料中的相组成和显微结构进行分析,并探讨了白榴石添加量对材料强度、硬度和断裂韧性的影响。结果表明:牙科烤瓷材料的抗弯强度、显微硬度和断裂韧性都随纳米白榴石添加量的增加而增大;添加20%(质量分数)白榴石粉体的牙科烤瓷材料具有良好的力学性能,并且能够和Ni-Cr合金基体达到良好的膨胀系数匹配。 Nano-sized leucite powders were used as dispersed particles to improve the toughness and strength of low-temperature dental porcelain fused to metal.XRD and SEM were used to determine the phase composition and microstructure of nano-sized leucite in the sintered specimen.The effects of leucite content on the strength,hardness and fracture toughness of the sintered specimen were also investigated.Results show that the flexural strength,microhardness and fracture toughness increase with the content of nano-sized leucite.The dental porcelain containing 20%(mass fraction) of nano-sized leucite can obtain excellent mechanical property,which can match the Ni-Cr alloy very well in the thermal expansion coefficient.
