摘 要: 本文主要探讨牡蛎肽肠内营养制剂对小鼠肠道功能的作用。将动物随机分为阴性对照组、阳性对照组和低、中、高剂量组5组,灌胃给予不同剂量牡蛎肽肠内营养制剂,每天测定各组体重和进食量,最后测定食物利用系数、小肠推进率、小肠吸收等评价指标。结果显示,与阴性对照组相比,低、中剂量组食物利用系数和小肠推进率均有明显增加,低剂量组木糖浓度明显增高。可见,牡蛎肽肠内营养制剂能促进小肠推进和消化吸收,可以作为肠内营养制剂应用于临床营养支持。 The effects of oyster peptide-based enteral nutrition on intestinal function in mice were studied. Mice were randomly divided into five groups, including negative and positve group, three experiental groups with low, medium, high dose of oyster peptide- based enteral nutrition. Each group was given different doses of nutrtion by gavage and the body weight and food-intake were recorded every day. Then the utilizing efficiency of food, intestinal propulsive rate, and absorptive function of small intestine were detected. The food utilization efficiency and intestinal propulsive rate of medium and high dose groups were higher, and xylose concentration in mice feed with low group was significantly higher than the negative control group. Oyster peptide-based enteral nutrition can raise the rate of small intestine, also promote digestion and absorption of mice. The results indicated that the preparation could be used as enteral nutrition in clinical nutrition support.
