柠条可压缩性的影响因素分析

摘  要: 本文以温度、含水率和喂入量为因素进行正交试验,运用极差及方差分析方法探讨了因素及其交互作用对柠条可压缩性的影响规律。研究表明:温度、含水率、喂入量及其交互作用对柠条的可压缩性有影响,其可压缩性随温度和含水率的增加而提高,随喂入量的增加而下降,因素之间的交互作用相对于因素的影响较小,且均随压缩密度的增加影响逐渐增强。在压缩的不同阶段因素影响的主次顺序不同,当压缩密度为200kg/m3时,均无影响;当密度为400kg/m3时,喂入量和含水率对其可压缩性有影响,且影响程度较接近,而温度无影响;当密度为600kg/m3时,影响的主次顺序依次为含水率、喂入量、温度;当密度介于800kg/m3~1 200kg/m3时,影响的主次顺序变为温度、含水率、喂入量。研究结果进一步丰富和完善了草物料的压缩理论,可为柠条及相关物料加工工艺的选择提供参考。 The orthogonal experiments were conducted for Korshinsk Peashrub with different factors such as temperature,moisture content and feed rate.The analysis of range and analysis of variance were carried out to find the laws that the factors and their interactions have effects on the compressibility of Korshinsk Peashrub.The study showed that the compressibility of Korshinsk Peashrub increased with temperature and moisture content up and decreased with feed rate up.Compared with their interactions,the factors had greater effects on compressibility of Korshinsk Peashrub.However,the influences that they caused were gradually apparent with the increase in the compressed density.In the different stages of compression,the order in degree that the factors affected the compressibility were different.When the compressed density was 200㎏/m3,the factors had no effect;when the density was 400㎏/m3,feed rate and moisture content had similar effects on compressibility of Korshinsk Peashrub,but the temperature had no effect;when the density reached 600㎏/m3,the effect on compressibility of Korshinsk Peashrub was a descending order of moisture content,feed rate and temperature;when the density ranged from 800㎏/m3 to 1000㎏/m3,the effect on compressibility became a descending order of temperature,moisture content and feed rate.The results not only further enriched and refined the compressed theory of grass materials,but provided reference for the choice of processing technology of Korshinsk Peashrub and related materials.
