摘　　要： 大学国际化是在观念、行为、结果等三个层面上的发展演变过程,因此,可通过大学国际化观念意识、大学国际化能力以及大学国际化结果绩效等维度来构建大学国际化发展程度的各级评价指标,并尝试在此基础上确定各指标的权重,提出评价指标的具体量化方法,以期建立较为完善的大学国际化发展程度评价指标体系。 Internationalization is a critical strategic choice that a university makes to adapt to the challenge and utilize the opportunity of economic globalization. It is also the way to achieve sustainable growth which distinguishes a modern university from the traditional one. On basis of elaborating the content of university internationalization,this paper proposes an evaluation system with rating indicators and the weight of each indicator which comes from survey of specialists,therefore to establish a relatively comprehensive evaluation indicators system for university internationalization.
