摘 要: 以辣椒素、柠檬酸、碳酸氢钠、β-环糊精、微晶纤维素、木糖醇、硬脂酸镁为原料,通过单因素和正交试验,以感官质量为评价指标,获得辣椒素泡腾片的最佳配方。此产品质量稳定,感官质量好,具有化解疲劳、振奋精神等保健功能,适用于青年人及易疲劳人群服用。 The capsaicin effervescent tablets were made with capsaicin,citric acid,sodium bicarbonate,xylitol,magnesium stearate,crystallitic cellulose and β-cyclodextrin.The best formulation of the capsaicin effervescent tablets are ascertained by the single factor experiment and the orthogonal experiment.A kind of healthy capsaicin effervescent tablets are prepared.The quality of capsaicin effervescent tablets is stable.It is suitable for young people and fatigue groups.
