运动传感器(SWA)在测量青少年日常体力活动水平中的应用

摘  要: 目的:应用运动传感器SWA测量青少年日常体力活动的能量消耗,了解青少年日常体力活动状况,探讨SWA在体力活动测量中的应用价值。方法:随机抽取上海市30名中学生作为调查对象,男女各半。受试者佩带SWA,固定于优势侧上臂肱三头肌处,每天早晨起床后戴上,一直到晚上睡觉前摘下,连续佩戴7 d,记录体力活动的能量消耗和活动时间。结果:男生1周总能量消耗和平均每天进行的中等强度、大强度体力活动能量消耗和时间高于女生(P<0.01);在平均每天的能量消耗构成比中,男生从事大强度的体力活动能耗为10%,中等强度的能耗为14%,女生从事大强度的体力活动能耗为4%,中等强度的能耗为12%。个体间体力活动能耗为10.44%-46.03%。结论:目前青少年的体力活动水平参差不齐,存在着明显的性别差异,并且随着年龄的增长,体力活动水平下降。SWA具有较好的客观性、可靠性和实用性。 The present research aims to measure the teenagers' level of energy consumption in daily physical activity using the motion sensor of Surface Acoustic Wave(SAW),to reveal the level of secondary school students' daily physical activities and to investigate the value of SWA in the measurement of physical activities.Method: SWA were fixed on the upper right arm triceps of the testees every morning and put down before their retiring for seven successive days,and the energy consumptions of and time for the physical activities were recorded.Results: The week's overall energy consumption and physical activity energy consumption of the male students are in average higher than those of female students,and the average energy consumptions of males in moderate-and high-intensity activities are higher than those of females.In the daily average energy consumption,that of physical activity constitutes somewhere between 10.44%-46.03%.The male's energy consumption rate in high-intensity activities is 10%,in moderate-intensity activities,14%;the female's energy consumption rate in high-intensity activities is 4%,in moderate-intensity activities,12%.Conclusions: There exist clear gender differences in teenagers' level of daily physical activities,and the level of physical activities decreases with the increase of age.AWA has better objectivity,reliability and practicality.
