摘 要: 研究支持快速开发医学图像处理系统的框架Jolly,采用Python作为主要开发语言,通过对比当前已有的医学图像处理系统,抽象出应用层模块:数据管理模块、可视化管理模块、数据表示及转换模块。在主流医学图像处理系统开发包ITK、VTK等提供的医学图像分割、配准、可视化等功能基础上,提供更高级的组件式开发功能。应用实例和与当前主流开发包对比表明Jolly在支持快速开发医学图像处理系统中具有优势,可以作为开发医学图像处理系统的一个选择。 Investigates Jolly,a new framework for medical image processing based on Python, the main originality of this framework is to provide high level components like a managing framework for organizing data,a managing framework for synchronize interactions and viewer, various types of data convert techniques. Jolly, which is based on ITK and VTK, combines the function of medical image segmentation, registration and visualization to help developers setting up sophisticated applieation with minimal development effort. The efficiency of Jolly is illustrated with some applications. Jolly will become another available choice for the medical imaging community.
