摘　　要： 目前林木生物质能源的开发利用在我国已引起高度重视,但对其开发利用在我国能源系统中如何定位还未达成共识。本文通过分析农村与城市能源的配给不均衡、农村能源短缺、社会供给程度低等问题,提出林木生物质能源开发利用定位在农村的构想。建议通过不断加强公众环保意识,为农村积极培育能源消费结构调整的市场条件和为企业建立健全的融资补贴机制,正确引导农户的能源消费倾向,以实现对农村传统生物质能源和日益增长的商品性能源的替代。 The development and utilization of forest biomass energy have received great attention in China in recent years, however, its status in the energy system was not clear yet. On analyzing the disproportionate of energy supply between rural and urban, the shortage of rural energy, the low-level of energy supply around the country and etc, the paper raised the positioning of forest biomass energy could be in rural areas. Furthermore, the paper suggested that enhance public awareness of environment protection, cultivate market conditions of energy consumption structure regulation for rural energy consumption market, construct and strengthen the financial subsidy mechanism should be carried out in order to guide the energy consumption trend of peasants and alternate the traditional biomass energy and growing commercial energy.
