蜂胶对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和血液生化特性的影响
Effects of propolis on the performance,egg quality,and serum biochemical property in layers

摘  要: 试验选用1152只39周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为4个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复96只鸡,采用单因素随机试验设计,分别饲喂添加0、75、150、225mg/kg蜂胶的玉米-豆粕型日粮8周,探讨日粮中添加不同水平的蜂胶对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋黄胆固醇、血清生化特性及免疫功能的影响及其作用机理。结果表明,日粮中添加蜂胶对破软壳率、料蛋比虽差异不显著但有改善作用的趋势(P>0.05);添加75、225mg/kg蜂胶能够显著降低蛋黄胆固醇含量,各个添加水平的蜂胶在蛋保存的第7、14、21、28天都能不同程度降低蛋黄MDA含量(P<0.05);从整个试验期来看,日粮中添加225mg/kg蜂胶能够显著提高血清HDL水平,并显著降低血清TC水平(P<0.05);此外,日粮中添加150、225mg/kg蜂胶能够显著提高血清T淋巴细胞转化率;添加150mg/kg蜂胶能够显著提高血液B淋巴细胞转化率(P<0.05)。 The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary propolis on the performance,egg yolks cholesterol level,serum biochemical property,and immunity in layers.A total of 1 152 Hy-line brown layere aged 39-week-old were randomly divided into five groups with three replicates per treatment and ninety-six chickens per replicate.Experimental chinckens were fed a corn-soybean basal diet supplemented with 0,75,150,225 mg/kg propolis for a period of 8 weeks,and ad libitum.The results showed that dietary supplementation with propolis had a tendency to decrease eggshell broken rate and feed efficiency(P0.05).Egg cholesterol level was decreased significantly by supplemented with 75 and 225 mg/kg propolis in layer diet(P0.05).Dietary supplementation with various levels of propolis reclined serum MDA level in egg yolk after storage of 7,14,21,28 d at room temperature(P0.05).Overall the experimental period,dietary supplementation with 225 mg/kg propolis significantly improved serum HDL level and decreased serum TC level (P0.05).Additionally,dietaty supplementation with 150 and 225 mg/kg propolis significantly enhanced T lymphocyte proliferation,meanwhile,150 mg/kg propolis significantly increased B lymphocyhte proliferation in blood(P0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation with 75-225 mg/kg propolis could improve the quality of eggs,decrease blood lipids,and enhance the immunity of layers.
