摘 要: 用时域方法在低频范围研究了涤纶、聚丙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯、绝缘纸等聚合物材料的介电谱,结果发现随着温度的升高,聚合物的慢极化出现多弛豫机构,而且介电响应函数有别于传统的经验公式。慢极化弛豫机构来源于空间电荷和缺陷的扩散,宏观表现为吸收电流,用时域微分谱可解释这一结果。 Polyethylene tercphthalate, polypropylene, insulating papers and linear low-density polyethyleneare sutdied using time-domain dielectric spectrometer at low frequency range. The results show that these are a lot ofslow polarized relaxat1on mechanism arise from the temperature rising and the response function different from thetraditional experiment 1aw. The mechanisms of slow polarized relaxation come from the diffusion of space charges andtraps,it is absorption current in the macroscopic. Time domain differential spectroscopy can explain the results.
