摘　　要： 高校中编辑地位和编辑学科的边缘化、编辑劳动的无差异管理以及编辑专业知识的局限性,使编辑的策划意识越来越淡薄。淡薄的策划意识既影响高校自然科学学报质量的提高,也严重影响编辑素质和业务能力的提高。本文分析编辑策划意识淡薄的表现和主客观成因,提出强化编辑策划意识的一些措施。 The factors, such as marginalization of editorial position and editing subject, lndltterent management to the load of editors and the limitation of professional knowledge, are weakening editorial planning consciousness. The flimsy planning consciousness has become the prime cause, which results in hindering development of the quality of university journals. Meanwhile, it also has blocked seriously editors to further improve their quality and professional skills. In this paper, the author not only analyzes the manners, subjective and objective causes, but also provides some methods and measures to strengthen editorial planning consciousness.
