摘　　要： 针对广州本田1.5L飞度在安装发动机曲轴后油封后存在的漏油现象,指出在曲轴后油封压入时偏斜是导致漏油的主要原因,提出改进发动机后油封装配设备的喷油时间、设计与曲轴端定位精度高的压头、在气管回路中加装一个增压泵稳定气压等改进措施。结果表明,发动机后油封压入一次安装合格率达到99.87%,解决了发动机曲轴后油封漏油的问题。 1.5 L Guangzhou Honda Fit exists oil leakage problems after installing the rear seal of engine crankshaft,it was pointed out that the deflection of the rear seal is the main cause of oil leakage when installing the rear seal.Some measures were proposed such as improving the injection time of seal assembly equipment,improving the fitting accuracy of pressure head and crankshaft-side,installing a booster pump in the trachea circuit to keep the pressure steady.The results show that the qualification rate for the first installation of rear seal of crankshaft reaches 99.87% after improvimg the installation process,and the oil leakage problem of rear seal was resolved.
