摘　　要： 对尾叶桉育苗的全套技术进行总结。成功培育苗木的关键是：合理的营养土配方及细致的水肥管理。 The paper summarized the set of nursing techniques of Eucalyptus urophylla and concluded the key technique was a rational formular of media and meticulous management in water and fertilizer, moreover, reasonal seeding density and varied management in different climate were important.
