摘　　要： 社会保障基金是社会保障体系的核心,是现代社会保障制度得以建立并正常运行的物质基础和财力保证,有效监管是社会保障基金安全运行的重要保证,国家为此出台了一系列的政策。但是,社会保障基金监管政策却在执行中存在法律障碍、体制障碍、技术障碍以及信息不对称等问题,健全监管法制,完善监管组织体系,推进信息化建设和完善信息披露制度是解决问题的有效之策。 Social security fund is the core of the social security system.And also it is a modern social security system that has been established and normal operation of the material basis and financial resources.Social security fund regulation is an important guarantee for safe and effective operation of great significance.There are legal barriers,institutional barriers,technical barriers and information asymmetries in the supervision of social security funds.Making sound regulatory legal system,improve the regulatory organization,to promote information technology and improve the information disclosure system response.
