摘　　要： 歇后语是汉语所特有的一种语体,其独特的结构形式和文化内涵对译者构成了极大的挑战。本文分析了歇后语的语言特点,并尝试运用关联翻译理论来探讨歇后语的英译技巧。 Two-part allegorical sayings is an unique style in Chinese.Its cultural connotation and language structure makes a daunting challenge to translators.This paper tries to analyze the language features of the two-part Allegorical Sayings and apply the relevance theory to translating them.
