摘 要: 目的:通过对我国优秀自由泳运动员划臂配合技术动作的相关研究,探讨不同距离下自由泳运动员划水时相、划臂配合指数IDC等参数的变化规律。方法:以参加2009年全国游泳冠军杯半决赛及决赛的自由泳运动员为研究对象,利用Dartfish软件进行解析获得IDC等技术参数。结果:随着游泳距离的不断减少,划臂配合模式从后交叉(IDC<0)过渡到中前交叉(IDC=0或IDC>0),从而导致手臂配合时段的重新分配:抓水时段大幅度减少,抱水、推水等时段相对增加。划频和划频/划幅比率的增大、划幅的减小,说明这些参数与途中速度一样可以视为游泳成绩的影响因子。结论:根据不同距离运动员调整划臂配合模式,教练员和运动员就会找到适合自己专项的手臂配合技术,从而通过训练提高成绩。 The purpose of this study was to analyze the technical characteristic of arm coordination of elite man-freestyle swimmers in China,discuss the difference adaptation of some parameters in IDC and SR in some swim trials.The subjects were some man-freestyle swimmers in the National Championships in 2009,and the different stroke phases and the arm coordination were identified by video analysis in Dartfish.As the pace distance increase,the arm coordination mode switched from catch-up(IDC0)to relative opposition(IDC=0)or superposition(IDC0).This change in coordination resulted in a reorganization of the arm phases:the duration of the entry and catch phase decreased,while the duration of the pull and push phases increased in relation to the whole stroke.These changes were coupled to increased stroke rate and decreased stroke length,indicating that stroke rate,stroke length and the stroke rate /stroke length ratio,as well as velocity,could be considered as control parameters.By adjusting the arm coordination mode in different race distance,both coach and swimmer will be able to detect the best adapted pattern for a given race pace and improve the performance through the change of training.
