摘　　要： 在乡村治理研究中,最早受到学界广泛关注的是20世纪90年代的村民自治。本文运用制度经济学的制度变迁相关理论,对乡村治理中的村民自治制度变迁进行分析,指出目前我国村民自治制度发展中存在制度非均衡的困境,主要包括村级组织制度供给及村民自治制度自身的缺陷,由此提出通过制度创新来探求乡村关系良性互动的实现路径,以期对我国乡村治理研究有所裨益。 In the study of rural governance, the extensive attention by scholars has been earliest given to villagers self - government in 1990s. This article reviews the connotation of villagers self-government, uses the theory of North＇s Institutional Economics to analyze its institutional change, and points out that the current development of Chinese villagers self - government institu tion exists the plight of institutional non - equilibrium, which mainly refers to the unbalance between the village - level organization institutional supply and the limitation of villagers self - government institutions. It also puts forward institutional innovation and explores the path to the positive interaction of rural relationships so as to provide with a certain significance for Chinese rural governance.
