摘 要: 采用机械共混法制备氟橡胶(FKM)/甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)并用胶,研究硫化条件对FKM/MVQ并用胶性能的影响。结果表明,随着一段硫化温度的升高,FKM/MVQ并用胶t10和t90缩短,邵尔A型硬度和撕裂强度变化不大,定伸应力和拉伸强度先增大后减小;当一段硫化条件为165℃×t90、二段硫化条件为250℃×4h时,FKM/MVQ并用胶的综合物理性能较好。 A FKM/MVQ blend was prepared by mechanical blending method,and the effect of curing conditions on the properties of FKM/MVQ blend was investigated.The results showed that,as the first stage curing temperature increased,the t10 and t90 of FKM/MVQ blend shortened,the Shore A hardness and tear strength changed a little,and the modulus and tensile strength increased at first and then decreased;the better comprehensive physical properties of FKM/MVQ blend were obtained when the first stage curing condition was 165 ℃×t90,and the second curing condition was 250 ℃×4 h.
