摘　　要： 建筑业是国民经济的重要物质生产部门,它与整个国家经济的发展、人民生活的改善有着密切的关系。改革开放30年来建筑业对国民经济的拉动作用不断增强,已经成为国民经济的重要支柱产业。文章以中国统计年鉴为主要依据,对我国建筑业的成长轨迹进行分析,总结了改革开放30年来我国建筑业的发展特点。指出了我国建筑业发展中存在的问题,在此基础上提出促进我国建筑业发展的对策建议。 The construction industry is an important material production sector of China＇s national economy. Since the Reform and Opening-up, China＇s construction industry has experienced a very fast development and become an important pillar industry. This paper analyzed the growth path and summarized the development characteristics of China＇s construction industry based on the statistical yearbook. The major problems in the developing process were pointed out. Finally, the suggestions for the development of China＇s construction industry were put forward.
