摘　　要： 新时期加强师德建设是一项长效工程,高校工会由其自身所具备的特点,在开展师德教育中具有得天独厚的优势,本文拟探讨高校工会在师德教育中发挥作用的意义和有效途径。 Howtostrengthen the buildingofmoralityis a long-termproject in the newperiod. The labour unions in colleges and universities by themselves possess the characteristics of unique advantage in carrying out moral education. This paper intends to probe into the meaning and effective way that the labour unions act as a role in moral education.
