摘 要: 采用室内模拟的方法,研究多菌灵对Cu污染小麦地和蔬菜地两种土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶活性,以及土壤微生物生物量的影响。结果表明,在小麦地中,多菌灵导致Cu处理土壤中过氧化氢酶活性略微升高,脲酶活性下降,蔗糖酶活性增强。蔬菜地中过氧化氢酶和脲酶变化趋势与小麦地一致,但蔗糖酶活性变化趋势则相反。多菌灵加强了Cu对微生物的抑制作用,导致微生物量的显著降低,可能是多菌灵影响Cu与土壤酶活性关系的主要原因。 The impaction of carbendazim to soil enzyme activities and microbial N in Cu contaminated wheat and vegetable land were studied in mimic condition.When carbendazim was incorporated in wheat land soils,the catalase and sucrase activities were increased,and the urase activity was decreased.The change trends of catalase and urase activities in vegetable land soils were similar to the wheat land's.But the sucrase activity change trends was in reverse with wheat land.The carbendazim enhanced the extent of restrain of Cu to soil microbe,and the microbial N in soil with Cu and carbendazim was decreased markedly.It would been the mechanism that carbendazim had impaction to the relationship of Cu and soil enzyme.
