摘 要: 从语言分析视角看,文化产业是一种以文化为标志的对产业的分类;强调的是文化要素中"观念系统"商品化这一变化;该变化标志着文化的完全产业化的完成,表现为一般商品生产、产权商品化和符号生产。文化生产力时代的到来,要求完成"技术创新主导"向"人文创新主导"的转换;后工业社会的大语境表明,中国要发展文化产业,必须在战略层面解决产业链条高端化、财富资本化等问题。要发展文化产业需要建立两个战略框架:即把文化生产力作为发展文化产业的平台,把后工业社会作为发展文化产业的语境;坚持一个基本原则:实现对后工业社会理念的借鉴和引用。 From the perspective of linguistic analysis,cultural industry is a kind of industrial classifications marked by the culture,which emphasizes the change of the commercialization of "ideal system".This change also indicates the completion of absolute commercialization of culture which includes general production,commercial property right and symbol production.With the advent of the times of cultural productive force,it is required to complete the social conversion from"Technical innovation-lead" to"Human innovation-lead".To develop the cultural industries,the questions of high-end of industrial chain and wealth capitalization must be resolved on the large context of post-industrial society in China.The main principle of developing cultural industries is to practice the conception of post-industrial society in the huge social background.
