摘 要: 本文以环已胺和氯磺酸为原料,四氯化碳为溶剂,采用低温法合成甜蜜素,考察了反应温度、反应时间、搅拌速度和物料比对产率的影响,运用正交试验对工艺进行优化。研究结果表明,低温法合成甜蜜素的最佳反应条件为:物料比为n(环己胺):n(氯磺酸)=2.5:1、反应温度为0℃、反应时间为2h、搅拌速度为300r/min,产率可达96.69%。 In this paper, sodium cyclamate was synthesized at low temperature using cyclohexylamine and chlorosulfonic acid in CCl4. The effects of temperature, time, stirring speed and the ratio of substmtes on the yield of sodium cyclamate were investigated and the optimum conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment as follows: the reaction temperature 0 ℃, stirring speed 300 r/min, and reaction time 2 h, under which the yield of sodium cyclamate was of 96.69%.
