摘 要: 针对前视红外跟踪成像消旋组件手工检测的不足,提出一种基于PCI总线的自动化测控方法,该方法结合手工检测的标准程序,采用旋转变压器和轴角转换器(resolver-to-digital converter,RDC)组成测角系统,直流力矩电机完成消旋功能。通过实时采集角度数据,经滤波和信号变换实时显示消旋角度。本测控系统已成功应用于某红外跟踪成像消旋组件的自动化检测。本系统设计合理,能够满足实际的生产需要,并具有结构化、通用化、模块化的特点。 For detecting the front-view infrared image tracking components manually is inadequate,an improved measuring and control system,of which is based on PCI bus,is introduced.The system has two main parts: angle-measuring system,which is composed of rotary transformer and Resolver-to-digital Converter(RDC),and a DC torque motor as actuator for despunning,in view of the measuring standard step.Then,the real-time despuning angle can be shown by acquisition filtering and signal conversion.The measuring and control system has been successfully applied to the detecting the despun components,automatically.The experimental result shows that: The design is reasonable,meets the production needs,and has the merits of structured,generalization,modulation.
