摘 要: 针对回油路串接调速阀的调速阀出口节流调速系统,以负载作为输入,液压缸有杆腔和无杆腔压力作为输出,分别建立了系统的数学模型,系统可简化为稳定的二阶系统,得到了液压缸两腔压力超调量的变化规律.通过试验,利用压力传感器测量液压缸两腔压力变化,对理论推导和分析进行了验证. The mathematic models were buiIt by using load as input and pressures of hydraulic cylinder chambers as output in the metering-out speed control system with flow control valve, and this system would be simplified as a stable second-order system, and the changing rules of overshoot were obtained. Using pressure sensors to measure the pressures of hydraulic cylinder chambers by test, the test results consisted with theoretical analysis.
