摘 要: 采用固有应变有限元法,对船体板列焊接变形进行预测.确定了固有应变加载区域,进行了热弹塑性有限元分析,获得焊接温度场和应变场,提取热弹塑性有限元分析得到的残余应变数据,作为相应加载区域的固有应变值.加载固有应变值,进行结构弹性分析获得板列焊接变形,数值模拟结果可为板列焊接变形预测提供依据.分析了不同的焊接顺序对固有应变加载和结构变形的影响. Welding deformation was predicted by inherent strain finite element method. The region of loading inherent strain was afformed. The inherent strain data were extracted after the temperature field was simulated by thermal elastic and plastic finite element method. Loading inherent strain data, the deformation of hull block assembly was obtained by elastic analysis. The result could be a reference to predict the welding transverse deformation for hull block assembly. The influence of welding sequence on the data of inherent strain and on the structure deformation was outlined by inherent strain method.
